What is the date and time of the next event?
Saturday April 7, 2018   10am-5pm
Sunday April 8,  2018   10am-4pm
(Move in is on Friday April 6, 2018 from noon-3pm - setup can continue until 6pm).

What does it cost to rent a booth?
$400.00 + HST - this is the total cost for the 2 days.

What size is the booth?
10'x10'  ($400.00) - larger booths available.

Tables and chairs?
You can use your own or rent them at cost:
Tables (8' long x 30" wide) Plain- $18.50 each, Vinyl top and skirting - $36 each.
Chairs $5 each

500 watt outlet - is included with booth rental.

Is there parking?
Yes (lots of it).  A 3 day parking pass is $15.

Where do I unload?
Unloading is done from outside the building - material handling help is free (as available).
Dollies are provided.

Yes. There are ATM's onsite.
